The Education Pacific Agency (EPA) was established in 2005 by a coalition of educators and community leaders who recognized the urgent need for standardized, accessible higher education for Pacific island youth.
What began as a small scholarship fund in Port Moresby has grown into a regional agency coordinating placements, curriculum development, and vocational training across multiple sectors, including engineering, information technology, and resource management.
Our commitment remains steadfast: to empower every student to return to their communities as skilled professionals and catalysts for national development. We proudly bridge the distance between global educational standards and local aspirations.
